UP Lantern Parade 2010

I thought my efforts to come to this event would be wasted because I was not able to get a friend who can accompany me. Good thing my sister was there and it was her first time to see the annual UP Lantern Parade. Works from FA did not fail me. They really are the best. It was fun watching them parade. :)
